Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Info

  • Deliveries will incur a separate charge, these charges are calculated and displayed on checkout using your postcode.
  • We deliver in our own dedicated fleet of delivery vans.
  • All deliveries will be made to the room of your choice.
  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.30am-6pm.
  • We’ll call you 1 hour prior to delivery on the day before we are due to arrive.

 

Dispatch and Timeframes

  • We aim to dispatch divan beds and mattresses within 10-14 working days.
  • Bed frames can take between 3-4 weeks before dispatch.
  • Once ready to dispatch our team will contact you to book you in for a suitable delivery date.
  • Delivery dates & lead times are given in good faith but subject to change. Most delivery lead times start from the date of order. However some exceptions apply when only a deposit is paid with order. Please contact customer services for more details.

 

Returns

  • Cancellations Pre-delivery (online only): If you’ve placed an order online, it can be cancelled. We’ll make sure to refund you within 14 days from letting us know. You will be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
  • Returns: You can return your goods within 14 days after delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept pillows, duvets, bed linen, mattress protectors and mattresses if the are returned unused and unopened – still in their original packaging.
  • Refunds: We will raise any refunds at the time of cancellation, and they’ll be processed when the goods have been returned to us.
